| Evidence-Based Community Custody System | |
| The Institute will work with the Sentencing Guidelines Commission and the courts to plan an evidence-based system of community custody for adult felons, including provisions for identifying cost-effective rehabilitative programs; identifying offenders for whom such programs would be cost-effective; monitoring the system for cost-effectiveness; and reporting annually to the legislature.
